2:41Now PlayingDelhi High Court had granted interim bail to expelled BJP MLA and accused in rape case, Kuldeep Singh Sengar for her daughter's wedding. Kuldeep Singh Sengar was sentenced to life in prison for raping an Unnao-based minor girl in 2017. Sengar asked the court on December 19 for two months' interim bail in order to attend his daughter's wedding which was granted to him by a division bench of Justice Mukta Gupta and Justice Poonam A Bamba for a period of 15 days, from January 27 to February 10. Now the rape victim has filed a plea in the court to cancel the bail of Kuldeep Sengar.
