3:27Now PlayingAnother shocking hit-and-drag case has been reported from Delhi. A car rammed into a scooter and the rider was dragged for 350 metres. The pillion rider was thrown off while the main rider landed on the vehicle's roof. The impact was such that the rider was thrown in the air and his head got stuck between windshield and bonnet. The pillion rider was seriously injured while the main rider succumbed to his injuries. The scooter also got stuck in the bumper of the car after the collision. According to police, a PCR van noticed the accident and chased the vehicle. Police soon intercepted the car and nabbed all five men inside. All the accused are students and were allegedly in an inebriated state. Watch the video for more.
