He has stated that Vizag will now be the new capital of the state where all administrative tasks will be carried out. However, Amravati will continue to serve as the legislative capital of the state. Meanwhile, the 3-capital plan of the state government is yet to finalised and the case is heard by the Supreme Court concerning the same.
