Earlier, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was arrested after hours-long questioning by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the Delhi excise policy case today. He will be produced tomorrow before Rouse Avenue Court. The arrest comes after the CBI questioned Sisodia for 8 hours starting from around 11:12 am. Sisodia is one of the primary accused in the CBI FIR in the Delhi excise policy ‘scam’. According to sources Manish Sisodia was not cooperating with the investigation ancontentious provisions were added to the Delhi Liquor Policy which weren’t part of the first draft. Sisodia failed to explain how those provisions were included in the final draft. Watch the news to know more.
