Jitarth Bharadwaj, Editor, Australia Today, joins the Mirror discussion. Now he said, "It is an unfortunate incident." He stabbed someone, which is why this entire scenario occurred. He stabbed the cleaner twice in the arm and once in the bottom. He walked towards the police station, trying to enter the station. It's unclear why Syed went to the police station and what his intentions were at the time: did he intend to attack the cops or surrender? The police got an emergency call at the same time, and they asked him to put the knife down. When Mohammed Syed did not listen, a senior police officer opened fire on him. Within a minute and a half, everything was finished. This could have been done differently, but police officials are saying they stand by their officers and did everything that was possible at the time.
