There has been a major depletion of the cadre from the NPF to the NDPP. The strategy has worked well for the BJP. The party is also steering ahead in Tripura. BJP has gained from the counter-polarization, and again, the seat sharing of 55 to 5 between BJP and IPFT has worked well.
