The NIA has attached the house of Al-Umar Mujahideen founder Mushtaq in the Nowhatta area in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Act (UAPA). The NIA has designated Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar as a terrorist under UAPA. Zargar was arrested on May 15, 1992, and later released in 1999, along with Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) chief, Masood Azhar, and Sheikh Omar. Listen in to the report!
