as posted by the channelIn a big set back to O Paneerselvam, EPS still continues to be interim AIADMK boss. Madras HC refuses to stay AIADMK resolutions. It was passed in AIADMK genera council meeting on 11th July. HC has asked EPS camp to respond to the petition before 17th March.On July 11, the GC meeting had ousted OPS and elected EPS as the interim general secretary. Earlier the division bench comprising Justices M Duraiswamy and Sundar Mohan had upheld the validity of the AIADMK General Council meeting that was held on July 11 and during which Palaniswami was appointed the party’s interim general secretary, the highest post in AIADMK.
