as posted by the channelBreaking News on Friday, the Jammu and Kashmir Police discovered a large amount of drugs, cash, arms, and ammunition at the home of a detained drug smuggler named Mohammad Rafi, also known as Rafi Lala, from Danadoiyan village in Mandi tehsil of Poonch. The police stated that they have dismantled a narco-terror group in the border district of Poonch. The police report submitted to the District Magistrate had referred to Rafi as an over ground worker (OGW), which is a term used for individuals who sympathize with militants. Rafi was detained under the Public Safety Act a few days ago.
