1:32Now PlayingToday, in the presence of Home Minister Amit Shah virtually, more than 330 kg of drugs will be burned across four locations in India. The incineration will be conducted by several teams from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and will coincide with the Home Minister's address at a national conference on "Drug Trafficking and National Security" in Chandigarh. The drugs will be burned and disposed of in four cities, namely Delhi, Guwahati, Chennai, and Kolkata. This initiative is part of the Modi government's plan to eliminate Rs 900 million worth of narcotics to commemorate India's 75th year of Independence.
