After three weeks, the case was listed for hearing by a bench of Justices Ajay Rastogi and Bela M Trivedi. Kavitha, a Legislative Council member, received ED summons in connection with the Liquor policy scam. She then filed an appeal against the summons with the Supreme Court two weeks ago.
