The DCW has summoned Delhi police and Delhi University officials to appear before the commission with details of guidelines and systems to ensure such cases do not happen in the future. Earlier, Earlier, a group of men scaled the walls and harassed female students in Indraprastha College for Women, IPCW on March 28, 2023, during a fest. Students claimed that male students and men had scaled over the walls of the college campus and entered.
