The six-time MLA made the declaration shortly after failing to meet with Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and Union Ministers Pralhad Joshi and Dharmendra Pradhan. The trio arrived at his house on Saturday night after he protested the BJP's decision not to field him in the Hubli-Dharwad central constituency.
