If Gandhi’s conviction stays, he will be reinstated as the Member of Parliament. The Congress leader was disqualified as Lok Sabha MP last month after his conviction in the case. Last Thursday, a court of Additional Sessions Judge RP Mogera reserved its verdict for April 20 on Gandhi's application for a stay on conviction.
