The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) has prohibited people from indulging in loud conversations on mobile phones and accessing audio/videos on mobile devices without headphones while traveling on its buses, officials said on Thursday The decision was made by the city civic transportation body to prevent co-passengers from being inconvenienced. "Right now, there is no penalty on violators. It is not our intention to trouble any passenger. We have no intention of taking action against any passenger.
