The accident occurred in Dasanga, leaving a trail of chaos and sorrow in its wake. According to preliminary accounts, the bus, which was travelling from Khargone to Indore, fell from a height of around 50 feet, resulting in a significant loss of life. The Madhya Pradesh government has announced that the family of the deceased will receive Rs 4 lakh in compensation, while those who received severe injuries will receive Rs 50,000. In addition, Rs. 25,000 has been set aside for individuals who have minor injuries. Rescue efforts are currently continuing, with teams working feverishly to identify survivors and collect bodies from the rubble.
