Off late Kerala has caught the imagination of tourist’s god zone country. This particular boat was a recreational one. It was supposed to be a joy ride that turned fatal for 22 passengers including children. On Monday, the owner of the boat that sank on Sunday night, killing 22 people including 15 children was apprehended in the Kozhikode beach region of the district. We are joined by a few panelists expressing their views on this issue. “Compensation is never going to bring solace to the families of deceased,” stated K.V. Dhananjay, Advocate.
