CBI has given an oral assurance to Delhi High Court that they will not summon Sameer Wankhede today provided Wankhede writes to the probe agency and ask for the summoning to be deferred till Monday, May 22. This comes after Wankhede moved a plea in Delhi High Court seeking fair investigation and interim relief.
