Earlier, the Supreme Court issued a third notice to lieutenant governor V K Saxena's office on Friday, this time on Arvind Kejriwal's petition accusing him of attempting to scuttle the elected government's recommendation for the appointment of a retired High Court judge as the chairman of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).
