Five-alarm fire broke out in the morning in South Park neighbourhood. Huge flames and thick black smoke clouded the skies. Investigators are yet to determine the cause of the fire. Fire crews worked hard to rescue all construction workers stuck inside. 15 workers were rescued and those injured have been taken to the hospital
