Meanwhile, the Court also granted pardon to Reddy in the case. Reddy, the accused in the Delhi liquor scam, is a key player in the South Group, which also includes YSR Congress Mangunta Reddy and BRS MLC K Kavita, the daughter of Chief Minister KCR. The South Group allegedly paid 100 crore rupees in kickbacks to Vijay Nair, who was in charge of the scheme, through Dinesh Arora.
