The newly elected Congress Government is reportedly working on changing the syllabus for school students in the state. Education Minister Bangarappa spoke exclusively to Deepak Bopanna on the issue. He said that 'we feel that things have changed and it is not good for children's future.' He added that 'we are not taking any decision, party people or non-party people, only experts in the interest of children are doing this.' He adds that 'since textbooks have already reached in the hands of children, one thing we have decided is to minimize the corrections, but at the same time. we have to address the issue of what they are not supposed to read.'
