Nikhil Chauhan, a 19-year-old student, was at Delhi University Aryabhatta campus for his weekend classes and right outside the college Nikhil was brutally stabbed to death. The sisters were also shot dead in the 24-hour window which is not too far from where Nikhil was stabbed. Major crime has grown by 440% in Delhi in the last four years.
We are joined by a few panelists. "These men felt they could get away with it. Where is the deterrence? Our laws are such that criminals are allowed to wriggle their way out of the system" says Delhi Commission of Women Swati Maliwal. Watch In!
