In today's episode of The Urban Debate with host Shreya Dhoundial, we trace the Mirror Now campaign 'Old Car Not Bekaar' and how it has gained traction as citizens raised concerns over their vehicles being towed without prior notice. The campaign has garnered support from various quarters, including former ASG and our panelist tonight Mr. Aman Lekhi, who criticized the policy, calling it "absurd" and "not people-friendly." Citizen Vasan Iyer also shared his story about how he intended to convert his car into an EV but was unable to do so due to the sudden impounding. The MCD has now promised to probe citizens' complaints.
