Two weeks after registering six FIRs in relation to Manipur violence, the CBI has taken cognizance of the incident. As per the sources, a team of Central Bureau Of Investigation investigators and Forensic experts visited several places where violence took place in the state. A special investigation team has been formed by the CBI to probe the incidents of violence.
