Around 9:33 am, a building collapsed in the Rajawadi Colony area of Ghatkopar East, close to the Trimurti Nagar police station. This location is known as Chittaranjan Nagar. The third level of the three-story building, which had a ground floor and two above-ground stories, fell. Rescue efforts were in progress because three people were trapped under the debris. Police and the fire department are present, and they are utilising large machines to clean the rubble. Although the exact reason for the building's collapse is unknown, it is assumed that the building was outdated and in poor condition.
