Additionally an orange alert has been issued for Mumbai and Ratnagiri. Now very heavy rainfall is on the cards for parts of Palghar, Thane and Mumbai. Raigad and Pune are also on alert. Well, steps have been taken by Maharashtra government as they have given holidays to school. They have deployed proper NDRF and SDRF teams across state as well as the coastal line of the state.
