The five-year-old child, who was the daughter of migrant labourers from Bihar, was abducted on July 28 in broad daylight from outside their home in Aluva.
She was later discovered dead, having been sexually assaulted and suffering from a number of horrifying injuries, in a trash area at the Aluva market on Saturday.
