Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar promised harsh punishment for the perpetrators, saying 116 individuals had been arrested and 90 others had been detained since Monday's riots. The state police have also filed 44 FIRs, and a big manhunt is underway to find the rioters.
