as posted by the channelThe Supreme Court of India has postponed a hearing on Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's bail petition till September. This was in conjunction with the Delhi liquor policy fraud. The court has also given the Enforcement Directorate extra time to respond to Sisodia's bail application. Sisodia has been detained since February 2023 and is now being investigated by both the CBI and the ED. The Supreme Court has refused to give an interim bail on the ground that the 'wife's poor health is not a strong ground for an interim bail'. The Supreme Court has also asked probe agencies such as ED and CBI to establish a money trail clearly.
