The cabinet meeting which was held on Monday was chaired by Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee who also gave approval to set up an Education Commission to look out for complaints against private schools. At the cabinet meeting, CM Mamta Banerjee also fixed a deadline of 15 days for the implementation of all the decisions of the state government, including the ones taken by the cabinet apart from the decision to keep Bengali mandatory as a second language in Private English Medium Schools.
