2:03Now PlayingBreaking News: On Tuesday, Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena approved the prosecution of two people accused of promoting pro-Khalistan propaganda. They raised slogans earlier this year at the request of the banned organisation Sikhs for Justice (SFJ). On January 19, the accused, Vikram Singh and Balram Singh, were detained for writing various pro-Khalistani graffiti in West Delhi's Vikaspuri, Janakpuri, Paschim Vihar, Peeragarhi, Meera Bagh, and other districts. VK Saxena authorised their prosecution under Section 196(1) of the 1973 Code of Criminal Procedure. A complaint was filed under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 153B and 120B. Imputations, claims harmful to national integrity and social and religious peace are dealt with under Section 153B of the IPC. Watch the entire video to know more!
