According to a report, Vijayan's daughter, Veena, received a payment of Rs 1.72 crore between 2017-18 and 2019-20 in the name of providing software solutions. However, there is evidence to suggest that Veena's company, Exalogic Solutions Private Limited, did not provide any software service to CMRL. The report suggests that this payment was illegal. Senior employees of CMRL have informed the I-T department that Veena's company did not provide any software service to the company.
