Nara Lokesh was stopped by police during his Padayatra, and has maintained that that his father has been illegally detained and that there aren’t any charges against him. Chief of TDP and former Chief Minister of Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by CID in a non-bailable offense for alleged corruption on Saturday from R K Function Hall at Gnanapuram in Nandyala town. Naidu has been arrested in a multi-crore Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) scam. Also, following the arrest of Naidu, several other TDP leaders have been put under house arrest.
