Breaking News: On Wednesday, a Delhi court found five defendants guilty of the murder of journalist Soumya Vishwanathan. Under MCOCA, each accused person has also been found guilty. Vishwanathan was fatally murdered on the Nelson Mandela Marg on September 30, 2008, as she drove from work to her house. Ravi Kapoor, Amit Shukla, Baljeet Malik, Ajay Kumar, and Ajay Sethi are the five people who were detained in connection with the homicide and have been there since March 2009. When the police were looking into the murder of IT executive Jigisha Ghose, who was discovered dead in Faridabad months after Soumya, they made their first significant discovery.
