as posted by the channelIn a significant development, a Delhi court has delivered it's verdict in the long-standing Soumya Vishwanathan murder case. Four men, namely Ravi Kapoor, Amit Shukla, Baljeet Malik, and Ajay Kumar, have been found guilty of murder, while Ajay Sethi has been convicted for receiving stolen property and under sections of the MCOCA 1999. The incident dates back to September 30, 2008, when Soumya Vishwanathan, a 25-year old journalist was tragically found dead in her car on the Nelson Mandela Marg in South Delhi. The breakthrough in the investigation came in 2009 during the inquiry into the murder of BPO employee Jigisha Ghosh, when one of the accused confessed to his involvement in Vishwanathan's murder.
