3:00Now PlayingLack of proper facilities for people with disabilities has once again been highlighted after a distressing incident. Virali Modi, a disability rights activist and motivational speaker, took to social media to share her ordeal while traveling on an Indigo flight. The 32-year-old, who uses a wheelchair for mobility, said that she was left forgotten by the cabin crew after landing. After the passengers deplaned, the cabin crew forgot she was on the flight, Modi said. She had to inform the cleaning crew to help her deboard, she claimed. She had a 40-minute wait for an aisle wheelchair after all the other passengers had left. But her ordeal did not end there. Full story here.
