YouTube Description
as posted by the channelIn this episode of Beyond The Headline, anchor Sneha Koshy will discuss how the Indian Navy successfully rescued all 15 Indian crew members taken hostage onboard a hijacked cargo vessel. Families and the nation as a whole have breathed a sense of relief as a squad of special Navy MARCOS (Marine Commandos) carried out the operation. Pirates boarded the Liberian-flagged ship MV Lila Norfolk on its way from Port Du Aco (Brazil) to Bahrain's Khalifa Bin Salman. The event happened around 300 nautical miles east of Somalia. We are joined by a few panelists expressing their views on this issue. “These are abnormal times. It is time for us to have a big naval warship kind of a base,” stated Captain Sanjay Prashar, Ex-member, NSB (Retired).
