as posted by the channelBreaking News: Delhi High Court, on January 22, issued a notice to Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, in response to an appeal filed by former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot against his summoning in a criminal defamation complaint. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma has instructed Mr. Shekhawat to submit his reply within two weeks, setting the appeal for further hearing on March 6. The high court has also directed the trial court to adjourn the case to a date later than the one fixed in the high court. Mr. Gehlot contests a sessions court order from last year dismissing his appeal against the summoning in the complaint filed by Mr. Shekhawat.
