as posted by the channelTop News | In Madhya Pradesh's Kuno National Park, a Namibian cheetah named "Jwala" gave birth to three cubs, according to Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav on Tuesday. The kittens of Namibian cheetah 'Aasha' were born only a few weeks ago. Jwala, formerly known as "Siyaya," gave birth to four cubs in March 2023, but only the female one made it out alive. The fastest land mammal, the cheetah, was officially declared extinct in India in 1952. As part of the national government's grand scheme to bring back the cheetah population in India, animals were relocated from South Africa and Namibia to the Kuno National Park.
