Divya Malhotra, the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM), has reserved orders on the complaint, which is scheduled to be pronounced at 4 p.m. On February 3, the ED brought a new charge against Kejriwal for failing to appear at its summons. To date, the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) national convenor has ignored five summonses: November 2, December 22, January 3, January 18, and February 2.
