Significant security measures have been implemented around the nation's capital's boundaries. The Delhi police have implemented Section 144, which forbids the entry of tractor-trolleys and huge gatherings, to preserve peace and order. When protestors were stopped from marching towards Delhi on Tuesday afternoon, they threw stones at Haryana Police at the Shambhu border with Punjab. The police had to use tear gas to disperse the demonstrators. Tractor-wielding farmers were observed attempting to break the multi-layered security by removing the cement obstacles.
