Punjabi farmers engaged in combat with Haryana Police at two state borders, encountering water cannons and tear gas as they attempted to breach barriers obstructing their protest march towards the capital. On Thursday, the government and the farmers' group will have their third round of negotiations. Apart from Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda, Union Ministers Piyush Goyal and Nityanand Rai will also be present at the meeting. We are joined by a few panelists expressing their views on this issue.
