3:19Now PlayingBreaking News: Mahua Moitra, the leader of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), requested that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) be prevented from disclosing to the media any sensitive or unverified information pertaining to the ED's investigation into her possible violation of the Foreign Exchange Maintenance Act, 1999 (FEMA). On Thursday, the Delhi High Court reserved its decision on her request. Moitra has claimed that the ED has been sending private material to the press about a FEMA investigation for which she was just called. The ED has informed the Court that it has not disclosed any information to the media and that it is unsure of the method by which the press was informed that Moitra had been called in connection with the case.
