As part of the continuing investigation into the infamous Delhi liquor scam, the CBI summoned her on Monday, as per the notices under section 41A of the CrPC, a few days ago. Kavitha, the daughter of BRS supremo K Chandrashekar Rao, had also questioned in a letter to the CBI on Sunday why she was receiving notifications under Section 41A of the CrPC while prior notices were given under Section 160 CrPC.
