Videos circulating on social media depict the aftermath, with dust clouding the area. An inquiry has been launched into the incident. Tragically, in a similar incident at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Mall, an iron grille fell from the fifth floor, fatally striking two individuals as they walked towards an escalator on the ground floor. Identified as Harendra Bhati and Shakeel, both aged 35, they perished on the spot. The authorities have contacted their families, and legal action will ensue pending a formal complaint.
