YouTube Description
as posted by the channelBreaking News: As per the recent instruction issued by the Calcutta High Court this morning, a group of CBI personnel arrived at the CID headquarters on Wednesday evening with the intention of assuming custody of Shajahan Sheikh, the accused in the Sandeshkhali police attack case. Before 4 PM, a group of CBI officers arrived at Bhawani Bhawan. Even after more than two hours of waiting, the CBI was unable to obtain custody of TMC leader Shajahan Sheikh, who is suspended, from the West Bengal CID on Tuesday. According to the CID, the Sandeshkhali leader was not turned over to the central agency because the state administration had appealed a Calcutta High Court ruling to the Supreme Court.
