2:43Now PlayingTop News | Mahua Moitra, the leader of the Trinamool Congress, and five media outlets were summoned by the Delhi High Court today due to her alleged “defamatory statements” against her former partner and attorney, Jai Anant Dehadrai. Dehadrai claimed in the defamation complaint that Moitra had made "defamatory statements" against him in print and broadcast media in addition to social media. The judge did, however, also state that Moitra and Dehadrai were "warring parties" and that neither one was a "perpetrator" or a "victim" in the case. The next hearing date is April 8.
