The incident has been attributed to Islamic State. Social media was ablaze with videos of shooters firing at concertgoers as they waited for renowned Russian rock band "Picnic" to take the stage. Recorded images of the massive auditorium showed people cowering, hiding under padded chairs, and screaming as the sound of gunfire echoed around them. We are joined by a few panelists expressing their views on this issue. "There could be any amount of rehabilitation but healing is very difficult not just because of what happened but the scar it leaves on people's minds. They had gone to just enjoy the evening," stated Former Ambassador, Suresh Goel.
