The famous garden was officially opened in the morning to a big crowd of visitors and residents. Across 55 hectares, a record 17 lakh tulip bulbs have been planted in the garden. There are now 73 different tulip types in existence after the planting of five additional cultivars. There are several types of red, yellow, and pink tulips in the lovely garden at the base of the Zabarwan Mountain Range, both late flowering and early blooming.
